Gratitude is one of those words that gets bandied around a lot but what does it really mean? Why is it so important? Is it really as transformative as people say?
Join us as we explore gratitude and share practices to support you in cultivating gratitude.
We can’t control events that happen but we can control our response to them. That doesn’t mean other emotions and feelings aren’t valid but if we can focus on gratitude as a mindset they can feel more manageable.
Having a gratitude mindset is a component of self-love and self-belief. It can transform your relationship with yourself.

Alex is Impart trained by the International Menopause Society, Menopause Yoga Teacher Trained, Trauma-informed coach, trained in a variety of yoga disciplines, meditation & mindfulness & has supported 100’s of women, personally 1-2-1, in classes, workshops & retreats, online & in person.
Sarah is a Confidence & Empowerment coach certified through Beautiful You Coaching Academy and a Money, Mindset & Confidence Coach through AMCA and supports women 1-1, in group programmes, retreats and workshops online and in person, to discover their confidence and self-belief to live the life they want to live and be who they want to be.
